Vefa baklava is in the production of baklava with the recipe of Antep region of Turkey in Houston city of Texas State, with hand-rolled phyllo dough. Baklavas are made using flour varieties grown in different climatic conditions. In the mixture of flour used, the flour obtained from the unique wheats of the Andes mountains, which grow at 0 latitude at an altitude of 3500 m in the Ecuador region, gives a special flavor to Vefa baklavas.
